Our home base is Gold River Lodge,  which I own and operate with my dad Jim Bansemer. Gold River Lodge is located on the lower Klamath River directly on the water, within site of the river mouth. Enjoy the comforts of the lodge, steps from our private docks where our boats are located to embark upriver.

The lodge serves as our home in the summer, as well as a base camp for exploring close by coastal rivers during the fall and winter months. Situated down in the estuary we are located in the heart of the redwood forest. 

We offer a lodging experience with meals included. Local, and fresh ingredients utilized for all three meals with breakfast served on the water.
